AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE SUPPLEMENTARY DISTRICT REGULATIONS OF TITLE XV, CHAPTER 157 ZONING REGULATIONS, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN; ADDING SECTION 157.506, VACATION AND SHORT TERM RENTALS; PROVIDING FOR DEFINITIONS; PROVIDING FOR REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO VACATION RENTALS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING PROVISIONS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE; PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES CODE

Pursuant to Section 286. 0105, FS, the Town hereby advises the public that: If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Town Council with respect to any matter considered at its meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and that for such purposes, affected persons may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. This notice does not constitute consent by the Town for the introduction or admission into evidence of otherwise inadmissible or irrelevant evidence, nor does it authorize challenges or appeals not otherwise allowed by law.
